It is capable of self-tapping into materials equivalent to SPCC using high-tension bolts. 【Features】 ■ By hardening only the tapered tip for self-tapping, the risk of delayed fracture is reduced. ■ The screw threads used for fastening have a strength equivalent to high-tension bolts, allowing for fastening with high axial force. 1. Size and Material: Nominal diameter: Φ5 to 12, Material: Equivalent to SCM435 2. Mechanical Properties: The neck area meets JIS B1051, strength classification 10.9, and the tip has a hardness equivalent to hardening. 3.
